ZERO QUESTIONS asked. No complains, fast and to the point. I swapped ~$5k in BTC to XMR. The fees (5%) may be a bit over the average, but it's a premium for a good service. Would recommend.

Obtaining XMR on some crypto swap services (like Changenow, Changelly, Fixedfloat, Morphtoken etc.) and centralized exchanges share trade/IP (log valuable) data directly with investigators or Chainalysis systems. Just because their trading rates are competitive and low (%1 - %2), don’t be fooled.
Instead, get it from us :) We have our own reserves and do not rely on third-party exchanges. We also do not perform AML/KYC checks, never.

The problem we encountered was related to a sending issue (consecutive BTC transactions) with the Exodus wallet.
