Swapped USDT to XMR. The swap was completed in about 6 minutes. Great speed. No KYC requested. Will swap some more of my coins later, hope for the same result again.

Seriously, I was just looking for a quick way to swap some crypto, and this place made it super easy. No confusing steps, just plugged in my info and boom – my funds were swapped and sent out way faster than I expected. Rates were solid too. Definitely coming back

Funds blocked. Swapped on September 8th. Transaction was frozen immediately.
I checked my address on AMLBot and Btrace, both show low risk. I also asked Quickex support directly on Telegram to check the address and they confirmed low risk. Their own team says the address is clean but funds are still blocked.
They advertise right here on this page that if you request an AML check and it passes, they guarantee no KYC and no fund blocking. The address passes. Funds blocked anyway.
Been trying to get a refund for almost a week. Emails kept getting rejected or ignored. Telegram support just tells me to email. Going in circles with no resolution.
Reading the other reviews here it's clearly a pattern. One user even had their pre-check approved and half the funds swapped successfully, then the second half from the same wallet got flagged 30 minutes later. Another user had funds stuck for 5 months. Same story repeating.
I just want my funds returned to the original address. That's it.
Hi, @quickexio Just to clarify your refund policy: if the user had done the AML check with you via telegram before sending the funds--and you confirmed it was indeed low risk--, would you have forced him to complete KYC verification when your liquidity provider determined the funds had a different risk score? I know this did not happen here, but I'm trying to understand how your refund policy would work in such case.
I see, thanks for the detailed response

Used Quickex again for USDT - Monero swap. This time it took about 15 minutes overall. I think that the service is reliable. My swaps have been processed without any AML/KYC stops so far. The Support team is responsive.

Currently have $3,000 held by them, submitted video they requested asap, being told its going to a few days to even hear back from their liquidity provider or some crap. Would not recommend, lets see if i even get my funds back....

Found Quickex on 'Swap' page on Kycnot.me. Urgently needed to convert stables (USDT to USDC). Send slightly less and was worried that swap wouldn't work. To my surprise, everything went well, the amount was recalled correctly. Coins are clean.

Did LTC to USDT ERC20 on Quickex crypto exchange. Instant exchange fees were visible up front. I wasn't hunting the last 0.2%. Didn't screenshot. Didn't open chat. Coins left. Coins arrived. That's the post.

Made my first swap using QuickEx. Swapped USDT for Monero. The whole process went faster than I expected. Sent USDT, waited about 15 minutes for the network confirmations, and the XMR landed in my wallet with no hidden fees or extra steps. The rate matched what was quoted at the start. Simple, clean, and did the job.

Exchange: 4 XMR to 0.0230082 BTC
Rate Type: Floating
Required Confirmations: 10 for XMR
Processing Time: ~8 minutes, based on when they said it was exchanging
AML Bot (on received BTC): Low risk (Medium risk Exchange | High Risk, Low Risk unnamed entity low risk, Additional Counterparty information Direct Interactions with platforms: Kucoin)
Fee: normal (~1.5%)
KYC: No
Connection: Tor
Comments: Showed deposit received after 2 XMR confirmations and exchanging after 10 confirmations. At the time of exchange, rate changed from 0.02324325 BTC to 0.0230082 BTC (~1% less). Overall, worked over Tor and was reasonably fast for a normal fee.

Swapped some BTC via their .onion mirror with No-JS mode toggled in Tor Browser. Execution took 2 network confirmations despite mempool pressure sitting around 42 sat/vB. Zero selective scam mechanics, rate locked at broadcast, and funds reached my wallet without triggering any post-deposit AML hold or ID prompt.

Passed their AML checks — still can't get my funds back
I used Quickex for an OTC P2P trade. The seller sent the Bitcoin directly to Quickex under our deal, and that's where the problems started.
The transaction was put on hold almost immediately over what they described as AML concerns. Fine — that happens, and I cooperated fully. I completed their KYC, provided every document and explanation they asked for, and answered all follow-up questions without pushing back. Eventually they confirmed the checks were complete and told me the funds were cleared and available for the exchange to proceed.
At that point I explained that I no longer have access to the receiving address listed on the order, and asked them to send the funds to a new address under my control. A simple request. They refused — and from there the answers stopped making sense.
First I was told an address change isn't possible because of their internal security policy. Then I was told they couldn't do it because I'm not the "real user" — which is hard to square with the fact that I had just passed their identity verification and AML review. Then the reason changed again, this time to something about their liquidity provider. Three different explanations for the same refusal, and no willingness to explain any of them properly.
Since then communication has slowed to a crawl. Long periods of silence, replies that don't address what I actually asked, no timeline, no resolution. The funds are still sitting with them.
I won't speculate about their intent. I'll only describe how it looks from where I'm standing: a company that found a technicality and is using it to hold money that isn't theirs.
If you're considering Quickex — especially for OTC or larger amounts — find out in advance what happens when an order gets flagged, whether they will ever release funds to a different address, and what recourse you actually have if they decide not to. Ask before you send, not after.

I accidentally sent the wrong crypto. The transaction didn't go through. I contacted support, and they exchanged those funds for what I needed with no extra fees within a few hours. That's exactly how it should work. Thank you

Used ~15 times. No KYC for moderate amounts. Fixed rate works. Support replied once when needed. Design is basic but functional. Not perfect but definitely not a scam. Recommend for routine swaps.

I like that this exchanger doesn't ask for an email or phone number for swaps. You just paste addresses, send crypto, and receive. Rates are fair. If you're tired of signing up for yet another platform, this is a solid alternative.

I’ve been using this exchange for a few months now, and the main reason I stick with it is consistency. The rates are usually close to the market average with no hidden spikes during checkout.
The interface is clean enough - not the flashiest, but everything is where you expect it. For daily or weekly crypto swaps, it’s genuinely reliable. No drama, no unexpected surprises.

Was nervous because it wasn't a small amount, but it all went perfectly. And the support manager even ran a free AML check on my address before the exchange - I really appreciated that.

My ETH > XMR transaction got stuck. I only found out what the issue was after contacting support. Support claimed my transaction "raised flags", but chat support wasn't able to give me a clear answer.
They suggested I reach out to their compliance department and provide ID before they could do anything. Even a refund to the SAME address required me to complete ID verification. They were shotgun KYC'ing me. Support claimed "Support claimed "I want to emphasize once again that the AML procedures are carried out only in case of high transaction risk marks of the incoming payment."
Their AML system is giving false red flags as this transaction only just came from being unstaked a few days ago.
QuickEX isn't providing the swap service, they refuse to refund, and they falsely claim funds are coming from illicit activities (this is easily proven by looking at an Ethereum block explorer). They're fraudulently keeping my money. At what point is this considered a rug?
I saved all communication records, and have no problem sharing Transaction hashes. My funds have currently moved to KuCoin17 while I wait for compliance to respond. I will gladly update this post if they return or respond to me

I've been scammed 9.5 ETH by Quickex. My transaction was flagged for “suspicious funds” related to cybercrime. Despite multiple emails, my funds transferred to KuCoin 17 remain blocked for five months, with only generic responses. They seem to be using KuCoin's liquidity, as indicated on the Ethereum explorer.

Don't use. Litecoin Trocador swap through them was frozen: fresh address, only prior tx from MWEB, yet "failed AML check and has very high risk marks." Needed full KYC and explanation of my life history for AML, but 48+ hrs later, and still no sign of my funds. If MWEB-linked address triggers AML disclose it upfront, don't steal funds. Not cypherpunk. Avoid.

I use quickex quite often to swap different amounts of crypto. Quickex offer a big list of coins to swap and has low minimal amount limit so it is really convenient for me because sometimes I need to get a small amount of crypto. It takes about 15-20 minutes in average for my swap to be completed, which is quite a good result IMO. By using their free AML check option, I make sure that my swap won't be stopped for KYC. So far, no iqssues has ever occured with my swaps.

Good service. The only thing that I dislike is that you require 12 confirmation for Monero, while many other processors require only 10 or even lower amount of confirmations on Monero Blockhain.
Read on kycnot.meSupport at Quickex
After getting them to check and approve my coins pre-exchange, I sent in half the funds and they completed the order without problems. I then went back to their webchat to reconfirm the remainder of the same funds, out of an abundance of caution. Even though they had already checked and even exchanged part of the same funds just 30 minutes before.
However, this second time they said my coins were tainted and would be subject to an AML block if I sent them. Thankfully I learned this before exchange so didn't lose any funds. But this proves beyond any doubt that their AML/KYC system is entirely theatrical and a mere pretext for a selective scam for coins and/or for getting people's private data.
