They froze my eth claiming that the funds pose a high AML risk, and asked me to contact them by email. I explained that I am a freelancer and received these funds as payment for my services. They asked me to confirm that I had access to the address from which I sent the funds and to explain what services I had provided. I submitted all the requested information.

I also provided an AML report indicating that the funds had no illegal origin.

Despite this, they requested additional information, including my correspondence with the client. I sent that as well, including our discussions, the nature of the work, and details of the payment. However, they are still withholding my funds and refusing to issue a refund.

I was not involved in any illegal activity, and I do not understand why these funds were considered to have an illegal origin. All I am asking for is the return of my money.

Loved their deep exchange feature where I exchanged XMR for 50% BTC and 50% USDT, I can change the amount as per I like, and I can also receive my funds on more than one address, like I could reaceive 50% of my BTC on one address and the other 50% on another. Loved this and the fee is a bit high when we use deep exchange than the normal but it's worth it.

I received my funds in less than 5 minutes and the exchange was really instant and flawless. Their order page was providing a real-time status of the whole deal.
