What’s this?
These reviews were written on other review sites (kycnot.me, Monerica), not on BitMixList. We show their text here so you can read them in one place; each one links to the original. We have not checked these orders. Positive and negative reviews from these sites count toward this service’s reputation on BitMixList; neutral ones and forum posts do not. Star ratings are not shown: the source’s rating only sorts a review into positive, neutral or negative.

KYC issueFunds blockedSupport at bitcoinvn
Two of my orders were flagged for "source-of-funds risk" by their automated screening and placed on hold.
BitcoinVN's own published KYC/AML policy states that when a customer declines to provide identification, the funds are refunded within 30 days to the originating address. In practice, however, their support insisted over email that KYC is mandatory and refused to give any specific timeframe — stating that neither settlement nor refund would happen until an open-ended "enhanced review" concludes, with "no firm completion date."
So their handling directly contradicts their written policy: the policy promises a 30-day refund path for customers who decline KYC, but support treats KYC as compulsory and the hold as indefinite. The funds remain frozen with no committed deadline.
Be aware that a deposit here can be locked with no guaranteed release, regardless of what the published policy says.

Cringe that it's custodial and so on. But never had an issue.

DO NOT USE!! They just scammed me. I swapped for XMR a week ago, all went smoothly, decided to swap those XMR fro USDC yesterday. Sent the same XMR the exchange sent to me back to them and they put the order on hold and demanded KYC. I upload my documents and the exchange tells me to cut the BS and blocks me on telegram because on there I'm using an Iranian number altho I'm Romanian. Sure I bought telegram accounts for privacy reasons. That's not illegal but stealing funds is. I sent the XMR they had sent to me back to them in order to swap it from USDC and they just scammed me. DO NOT USE!!

They are legit. Swapped up to a few 100$s. Had a problem once with an XMR to BTC swap which randomly vanished after I already sent the funds. Their TG support answered quickly but they could not send an immediate refund on a friday and the funds were stuck until monday which would be pretty annoying if it was a larger amount.
Read on kycnot.meDid 2500 USDT to LTC on ERC20. For anyone wondering i paid 70$ fee total.
Read on kycnot.meUsed several times in 2025 for exchanges in amounts up to 50K$ at once with clean funds for XMR and USDT and BTC trades. No KYC ever asked for. Exchanges always completed quickly. Used most recently October 2025 for 2K$. No problem at all.
Read on kycnot.meI do have trust in BitcoinVN because their team seems to me legit, i even heard this from others. Users might give a try for a small amounts.
